Healthy Meal Plans: Week 20
I am excited about this week’s meal plan! Not only does it start out with tacos, it also includes a spinach and artichoke dip pasta, my favorite honey mustard chicken, and pizza burgers!
It starts out with Broccoli and Cheddar Egg Muffins, a Blackened Chicken Salad, and Slow Cooker Salsa Verde Chicken. Monday brings Spinach Artichoke Pasta and Tuesday is Teriyaki Flank Steak. Wednesday is Honey Mustard Chicken Thighs and Thursday is Grilled Asian BBQ Pork Tenderloin. To end the week, meals include Cajun Salmon and Pizza Turkey Burgers.

Broccoli Cheddar Egg Muffins: I have always loved a good egg muffin for a quick, portable breakfast. Plus the combo of broccoli and cheddar never gets old.
Easy Honey Mustard Chicken Thighs: I went through a phase where I was obsessed with everything honey mustard and this chicken dish was a staple. This simple sheet pan dish doesn’t disappoint for a healthy, quick dinner.
Slow Cooker Salsa Verde Tacos: This classic crockpot meal couldn’t be easier with just three ingredients but the results make for some killer tacos.
Spinach Artichoke Pasta: Imagine that spinach artichoke dip and pasta has a baby. This dish is beyond delicious and no one would ever guess it is a healthier option.
